365 day returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So, if you change your mind we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 365 days of purchase as long as the items are in their original packaging or unused and in a resaleable condition.
For returns or refunds, contact our customer services team with your order number on Chat or via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a returns authorisation code (RMA) and further instructions.
Please note that this returns policy does not apply to daily deals voucher promotions not directly purchased on realmmcr.com
You may want to return an item if:
You are not fully satisfied with it.
It is faulty or damaged when you received it.
It was not as described on the website.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product
If you received an item as described and in good condition but you still want to return it, we will be happy to provide a refund for it as long as we receive in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of returning the item and the initial packaging and postage charge is not refundable. All items returned will be inspected upon arrival and a refund will then be issued.
If the product is faulty, damaged or not as described on the website
Provided that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your delivery, if goods are established to be faulty, received damaged or you have simply not received what you ordered, then we will either exchange them or we will collect them and provide a full refund at no extra cost to you. We will also bear the cost of the return wherever a return is applicable. If the damage to an item is deemed to be malicious, no refund (product, delivery charge, nor return postage) will be made.
To exchange a faulty or damaged item, we may ask you to email us a picture of the item as you received it. We may then send a replacement to you without you having to return the item to us. Please note that this only applies to specific items.
All returns must have the RMA number clearly marked on the packaging. Failure to do this may result in a delay. We aim to process any applicable refunds within 7 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. For security reasons we cannot refund a different card to the one you made the original purchase with and we can only send out replacement items to the address used in your original order.
